Cécile Grégoire is a senior economist for the European federation of retailers since 2005. Holding masters in economics and European studies, she is active in all payments topics that matters to the retail sector. As EuroCommerce, she is involved in expert groups at the Commission, in SEPA end-users groups and in the EU SEPA Council. Cécile also handles competition cases against major card schemes and the European Payments Council.
